Positive: The flat was in a very good location, close to the city centre. It was also clean, and communication with the host was prompt, which I appreciated. The fridge was a good size, which made storing food convenient.

Negative: the process of entering the flat for the first time was complicated and not well explained, which made arrival stressful. One of the rooms was really small. The washing machine was not working and had dirty water left inside, which was disappointing as I planned to use it during my stay. Additionally, the flat was quite noisy because the windows are not double glazed, so street noise was noticeable, especially at night.
