Positive: Took a risk booking this house as it didn't have any reviews but so glad we did. It's bang in the middle of Ross on Wye,looking out onto the main shopping area. Every room was beautifully furnished and immaculately clean and fresh.Kitchen small but well equipped and everything in top condition.Living room warm with comfortable settees and large dining table, 2 massive windows looking out onto the main street ,making it bright and airy. Master bedroom very attractive- 2 massive windows and bed was very comfortable with clean smelling linen and plump pillows. Twin room- same standard as Master. There's a third bedroom and separate sitting room on 3rd floor which looked great but we didn't access it. Bathroom small but again,immaculate.Towels beautifully fresh and fluffy. Lovely touch was provision of welcome package of wine,crisps and cake bars. Would have rated this as a 9 but we had a few small problems which were sorted out immediately by the hosts and didn't impact our enjoyment at all.

Negative: You enter the house via a set of stairs( as its above a cafe)Although clean ,the walls and stairs weren't decorated so it didn't give a positive reflection of the beautiful accommodation within.

Summary: Beautiful home,retaining lots of features.
