The Courtyard is a newly and fully refurbished2-bedroom cottage on the West coast of Norfolk. The property is located in the peaceful village of Snettisham, just 10-minutes from a number of Norfolk’s stunning beaches.
Nicknamed ‘Norfolk’s sunset coast’, this one of the few locations where visitors can enjoy a beautiful seaside sunset on the east coast of the UK! With close-by attractions such as The Royal Sandringham Estate, Castle Rising and Norfolk Lavender there’s plenty of things to do nearby!
The cottage is dog-friendly and features one allocated parking space.
THE SPACE
The Courtyard offers the perfect home-away from home, with a combination of colourful décor and a variety of homely touches throughout.
The cottage features two first floor bedrooms. One double bedroom is available at the front of the property and a twin bedroom at the rear.
The open plan living and dining area on the ground floor offers a large three-piece sofa with chaise, along with a smart television. Perfect for family breakfasts before a busy day out exploring, there is also a colourful dining table seating all 4 guests. Wifi is available throughout the property.
French doors open out from the living room into the courtyard, offering al-fresco dining or a spot to relax on a warm summers evening!
One bathroom with a shower over bath can be found on the first floor.
