The Cottage offers a peaceful rural retreat yet it is only a 10 minute walk to a famous Country Inn run by the National Trust and just a mile from Heddons Cove. Attractively furnished and well equipped throughout with an open plan living/ dining room on the ground floor. Open tread stairs lead up to the first floor where two good size bedrooms offer country views and one has ensuite facilities. A family bathroom is also on this floor. The cottage has a private decked patio and shared use of lawned garden area as well as a meadow ideal for dogs. Footpaths offer inspiring country, coastal and riverside walks whilst many pretty coastal villages including Lynton, Lynmouth and Combe Martin as well as popular beauty spots such as The Doone Valley and Watersmeet are just a short scenic drive. Magnificent high cliffs, and hidden sand and shingle coves can be found all along the dramatic Exmoor coast whilst wide sandy surfing beaches at Woolacombe and Croyde are within an hour's drive.
