The space:

A two night minimum stay over a weekend.
Sunday to Thursday can be booked for a one night stay.
As mentioned in the house rules parties are not allowed.
Other things to note:
Behind the property is a well maintained touring site for walkers exploring the Penine way walks. This can mean caravans and tents may be pitched behind the property. The touring site has no access to the property and has a separate driveway.
Other things to note:
After 15 guests there is a fee on a per person basis of £150 per guest for each guest after.
If there are more than 25 guests this fee is reduced to £100 per guest.
The extra guests fee is non refundable.
If guests are brought in without consent given then the fee is raised by £100 per guest applicable for each guest that was not on the booking request.
Please take this as a formal advisory notice before any booking has been made. Cctv is active around the exterior of the property and the car park for vehicle registration. If bookings have been deceitful by bringing extra numbers of guests in or malicious damage has been caused to the property we will refer to the cctv.
Standard check in time is from 3pm onwards.
Standard check out time 10am.
Both times can be flexible witha fee depending on turnaround time requirements.
Friday and Saturdays are a two night minimum stay.
There is a special weekend offer on right now in December 2022 and January 2023 for a 3 nights minimum stay, the Thursdays and Sundays nightly rates are now £400 instead of £990. And the weekend nighly rate is now £900 down from £1350.
If you would like to book just the Thursday or Sunday then the price will be usual midweek nightly rate at £990.
If you would like to book just the weekend Friday to Sunday, it will be the regular nightly price of £1350.
