The apartment has been modernised throughout, and is ideal for leisure or business travellers who are looking for a comfortable stay in one of London’s iconic neighbourhoods.
Accessed via a short set of stairs from street level, the apartment benefits from big windows and high ceilings that combine to bring space and light to the apartment. Heading left after entering the apartment takes you into the open plan living and dining area. You’ll soon see the advantages of the size of the windows, as the daylight really brings this room to life. There’s a couch that offers a good view of the apartment’s wall-mounted flatscreen television, close to which is the apartment’s dining table which comfortably seats 4 for a meal, while also making a great place to spread out your papers and open up your laptop if there’s work to be done.
The space leads round to the semi-separate kitchen that’s fitted with modern, integral appliances and plush shiny black worktops. Everything you need to enjoy independent self-catering living while staying in London is here for you. So there really is no need to go to all the hassle and expense of booking a west London hotel room or B&B when you can enjoy more space, independence and privacy right here.

SOFA BED - Please give advanced notice if you require us to prepare the sofa bed for your stay. If you are 2 guests staying and require the sofa bed an additional £30 for linen will be charged post booking.
PLEASE NOTE that due to the bathroom being an ensuite accessible via the bedroom only, this place is best suited for families of one or two adults and small child/teenager.

BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a `pack and play`) and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice.
- Please note - the travel cot mattress that comes with it is thin, as most travel cots are. We follow the Lullaby Trust`s advice not to put any added mattress or padding into the travel cot for the child`s safety.
- We do not supply baby bedding for the travel cot.

*Losing a set of keys will result in an *£150 charge to get them replaced. (*The penalty charge may be more if we need to get the locks changed.)
We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
