The house was completed in August 2012 and retains many original features including a quirky backdrop to the woodburning stove in the living room; recessed stone 'beeboles' where old-fashioned straw beehives were over-wintered. The Beehouse enjoys breathtaking south-facing views across arable farmland and woodland and is in a very peaceful private location. There is a patio area accessed from the open plan living/dining/kitchen area and an area of garden for use of guests. Well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement with the owners and at a nominal fee of £25 per pet.
