Positive: The location was excellent.

Negative: The bins had not been emptied. The "welcome pack" was non existent. We has a 10 miles round trip for a bottle of milk. The downstairs cistern was running constantly. The downstairs wash hand basin was backing up. The stopper in the upstairs wash hand basin was not holding water. I was insulted by the suggestion that any visitor would be expected to strip the beds at the end of their stay.
