Positive: Very quiet and location is close to amenities (driving) It was spacious enough for 5 adults and 2 toddlers. It has a private grassed area which was great and those that used the hot tub really enjoyed it.

Negative: The upstairs rooms with velux windows didn't have blinds and so the rooms got light very early. The toddlers with no concept of time were running riot at ungodly hours. We did concoct our own work around. Not a criticism but more a suggestion. We were 5 adults and 2 toddlers and so 4 double beds (and a cot) were fine but for families with older children it could be beneficial to have a couple of the doubles that could split into twins. It would be more appealing to more family groups.
