The local railway station is also nearby, and popular tourist destinations like Llandudno, Conwy, and Snowdonia can be reached after a short drive. The property has two levels with bedrooms on both floors, and enough space to sleep up to 6 people, with additional bed space for two using the upstairs double sofa bed. The ground floor features a spacious bedroom that includes a king-size bed and a beautiful view of the sea. Additionally, there is a cosy snug room that also serves as a gaming area, equipped with an Xbox console, DVD player, and table football. The first floor has two twin rooms a family bathroom, which includes abath with shower overhead, WC and washbasin, and the main lounge located to take advantage of the fabulous views from the first floor out over the estuary towards Puffin Island and the Isle of Anglesey, perfectly positioned to capture the stunning sunsets. This room can also serve as a fourth bedroom with full size double sofa bed and blackout curtains.
Facilities include the use of a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and other modern amenities found in most good kitchens. There is WiFi provided throughout the property with average download speeds of 36Mbps and 9Mbps upload) and there is furniture for rear patio. Gated off-road parking for one car - or two smaller cars with careful manoeuvring - is found down a rear lane.
