Sunny View is in a great position within the village, less than five minutes walk from the beach and within 50 yards of the village pub. Decorated in a coastal style, the cottage can sleep up to six people comfortably in three bedrooms with two bathrooms.
The lounge at Sunny View overlooks a village green and pretty thatched cottages. It has seating for six people, with a flatscreen wall mounted TV with Freesat, a DVD player and electric stove. The well equipped kitchen has a dining table with seating for six, and a TV. There's an Aga Rangemaster electric cooker, and there is a roomy fridge/freezer and integrated dishwasher. You'll also find a washer/drier in the adjoining utility room. Patio doors in the dining area open out onto the patio and pretty enclosed garden which is safe for children and pets. Located at the rear of the cottage, bedroom one has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. Bedroom two is probably the most beachy of all the rooms at Sunny View, with two standard size single beds and a quirky beach hut wardrobe. Overlooking a village green at the front of the house, bedroom three has a kingsize bed and is the largest bedroom. The main bathroom has a full size whirlpool bath with an electric shower over the bath, washbasin and WC.
There is off road parking for one car, with unrestricted parking on the road at the front and side of the cottage. Three dogs are welcome at Sunny View. Dogs are welcome throughout living areas and may be left in the property unattended if guests are sure they will settle. The garden is enclosed by 6ft fencing at the rear. At the front there is a low 4ft wall.
