Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, always someone available to answer queries. The location was superb, I was travelling to the General Hospital and so it was a pleasant walk each day. 2x bottled water in the room was a welcome sight, especially in this heatwave.

Negative: A few main issues here: 1) Bathroom light - being triggered by a motion sensor I thought it would be better, but it was not. Getting up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night had the light and extractor fan stay on for far too long after leaving, keeping me awake. 2) The green security light on the ceiling was a little too bright for me. 3) No bathroom mat - I had to throw my hand towel on the floor after a shower.

Summary: Fantastic location and staff - room could do with some improvements.
