Relax in the great outdoors in this luxurious country house with a large private garden, its own pool, hot tub and tennis court. Ideally situated in Henley-on-Thames, this wonderful retreat has it all!
Perfect for big families or trips with friends, just a short walk away from the river, a great selection of pubs, restaurants, boutiques, galleries, cinemas and local theatre.
The interior feels spacious with large, light-filled rooms and beautiful furnishings. There are big, comfortable spaces for relaxing with friends and family, such as the snug room with its big sofas and armchairs and a large drawing room. This is a bright spacious room with a plenty of sofas positioned in front of the log burner.
There’s a large kitchen, fully equipped for a self catering holiday. The kitchen also features a breakfast room with seating and large windows overlooking the stunning views. There is a separate dining room with space for twelve around the table.
The luxurious bedrooms are spread across the first and second floors with six bedrooms featuring zip and link beds and two single z beds for children.
Outside, you’ll find the large garden which has been designed just as carefully as the interior with manicured lawns and pretty flowers and sweeping driveway. There’s a large heated swimming pool with loungers and a terrace with a barbecue and dining area.
If you enjoy walking or cycling there are plenty of footpaths which also join the Thames path. It is a great spot to take out paddle boards or kayaks on the river or just enjoy the waterside.

- The pool is only heated from April to September, outside of these months the pool is out of use.

- The swimming pool is used at the guests own risk
- No charging of electric cars at the property
- Pool towels are not provided so guests will need to bring their own pool towels
- Please close all windows (and velux windows), turn off the lights and turn off the heating upon leaving the property.
- We have a ring camera facing onto the driveway/parking area
- All guests must be over the age of 30 for group bookings however children/families welcome.
- BBQ must be cleaned after use
- Please do not adjust the swimming pool boiler temperature
- The pool is only available during the day from 8am to 9pm to respect our neighbours.
- Please do not stick anything on the walls or doors as it will take the paint off
- No candles please as this is against the regulations for holiday lets
