The kitchen is a contemporary take on a classic Devon country kitchen, with fully working Aga, island and abundance of shaker units for storing all your culinary creature comforts. The sitting room opens out onto the garden terrace, which during summer provides a wonderful flowing space to unwind whilst watching the dogs and children play in the huge garden!
There is a dining room with large timber table and seating for 10, in addition to a further small dining table situated in the kitchen.
A combined office space and small workout / gym area is also located on the ground floor, providing you a dedicated space to maintin your latest training regime or keep on top of that inbox whilst you're away.
The south facing bedrooms enjoy views over the Culm Valley beyond Bradninch are typically green, lush countryside vistas. Bradninch sits just 2 miles south west of the market town of Cullompton with butchers, grocery stores, restaurants and two supermarkets. Devon's capital and cathedral city of Exeter is a 15 minute drive south; alternatively Exmoor National Park and the North Devon coast are a mere 40 minute or 60 minute drive north respectively.
This fantastic home is perfect for gathering friends and family and superbly located for heading out to explore all of Devon's coastline, National Parks and attractions. Dogs are welcome £60 each
