In your room you’ll have a comfortable double bed, complete with under-bed storage, charging sockets, and a built-in lamp! Tie in a large wardrobe with built in drawers for all your clothes, and a handy study desk with noticeboard and shelves, you’ll have a room to suit your every need.

You will also have access to a shared lounge area, shared dining area, shared kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and freezer.

Before you book, I would need to inform you that checking - in and checking-out outside the standard time is subject to availability and additional fees might apply:
- check out between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM = £40.00
- check-out between 12:00 PM and 14:00 PM = £60.00
- check-in after 10 PM = £60.

I know we all want to be punctual and do not want to be late, therefore please be informed that if you are running late for your check-in time (more than 45 mins), I might need to reschedule the hour based on my availability and an additional fee of £20.00 will apply.

The collected cleaning fee is for the initial cleaning prior to your arrival. Any additional cleanings are subject to confirmation. If a key is lost, it will take our team a couple of hours to come to the location and additional charges will apply. All your possessions should be removed from the apartment on the date of departure. We will use reasonable endeavors to retain any lost items for up to 1 month after your departure date. This is a unit in a brand-new student accommodation building. You must not use any candles, incense sticks and oil burners on the property.
