We offer a fabulous cosy barn for two people (In past times it was the Cart Barn) which has its own entrance off the shared Courtyard. It has an lovely modern bathroom with a large shower, a small well equipped kitchen with a Hob, Combined Oven/Microwave, Small Fridge, Sink, Cutlery, Plates, Dishes, Utensils etc (all you need to cook effectively). Off the Kitchen is a large Studio Room which encompasses the Bedroom, Lounge and Dining Area. The room is spacious with King Size Bed, Double Sofa, Dining Table and chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, Blue Tooth Speaker. Outside there is a small patio area with table and chairs.
The barn is set in a secluded rural location just outside the Hamlet of St Ervan. The location offers peace, quiet and escapism whilst only being a 10-minute drive from Harbour town of Padstow, with great restaurants and events, as well as being situated perfectly within an area commonly known as “Seven bays for Seven days” so beautiful beaches to visit, all within a 5-10 min drive!
