500 m from the sea, located on a hill in Nice West, in a 10 hectare wooded park of a luxury residence, entirely secure, with tennis, 2 swimming pools (one special for children with safety standards and another (33 mx 12 m) with approved monitor, kindergarten, poolhouse, restaurant, shops at the foot of the building.
Very comfortable apartment, crossing with sea view and terraces on 2 sides (9m2 and 15 m2), air conditioning.
It is located on the 2nd floor, not overlooked, and surrounded by greenery.
It is nicely furnished, everything is upscale (dishes, bedding, furniture, linens ...).
It is not a rental apartment, but my personal apartment.
