This large room is tucked away at the top of the house giving a feeling of privacy it will appeal to a couple wanting a larger room/suite with lounge area or a family wanting accommodation all in one room. Featuring a comfortable sofa which can be made up as a sofa bed, a large flat screen TV, selection of DVD's, beverage making facilities including coffee maker, fridge and en suite shower room. The sofa bed is recommended for two children or one adult. This is our only bed and breakfast room in the house, you will be treated to our great breakfast served in the breakfast room.
Please note this room does not have access to our hot tub.

Set in 3 acres of gardens with a large pond and woodland, Cotenham Barn is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy the countryside. The garden itself offers many places to sit and watch the nature. there is a footpath leading from the garden across fields or country lanes to Ranworth village.
Cotenham Barn offers a variety of accommodation types to suit most tastes and welcomes couples, families and larger groups across the site. With traditional Bed and Breakfast rooms in the main barn as well as holiday cottages, all buildings were originally farm buildings which have been lovingly converted by the owners to provide a peaceful and unique environment.
