A four-bedroom house in the pretty village of Slapton, Viewlands is a fantastic holiday home for a family or group of friends, just a two-minute drive from the beach.
The house is modern, light and sophisticated, but warm, welcoming and comfortable as well. Surrounded by pretty, secluded gardens and with plenty of parking on the private driveway, it’s an idyllic spot where you can spend time in the garden, enjoy summer barbecues, relax on the loungers or have dinner watching the sun set.
You enter the house onto a porch with plenty of space for shoes and coats. The kitchen is immediately to your left while the hallway carries on, leading to two downstairs double bedrooms with garden views, a shower room and a bathroom (including a bath and overhead shower).
The kitchen is a large, stylish, convivial space with everything you need to cook up a storm, as well as an island complete with a breakfast bar so everyone can enjoy the space together. The kitchen then leads to a huge lounge with bifold doors onto the patio, two enormous sofas and armchairs for cuddling up to watch movies on the flatscreen TV, and a log burner for winter evenings. There’s a conservatory which functions as a dining room - once again with doors that open into the garden - and with a long dining table so you can tuck into lunches protected from the wind or dine under the stars at night.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a King size bed. Once again, it is of vast proportions, including a seating area with a large sofa looking out onto the garden via a Juliet balcony, a walk-in wardrobe and an en suite shower room. Also on the first floor is the second bedroom, with a double bed and its own en suite shower room.

The beach stretches along the coastline and is a great place to walk, sit with an ice cream or take part in water sports like kayaking, windsurfing or kitesurfing.
