Beautiful well kept house located in peaceful Aveley, Essex with great access to central London within 30 minutes via range of stations including, Ockendon, Purfleet, Rainham. Perfect access to Lakeside Shopping centre and retail park (5 minutes drive), short drive to Blue Water shopping centre (12 minutes drive) and easy access to kent via the M25. Ideal for nature lovers as the property is backed up to greenery with nice walking trails, generous garden with edible fruits and produce.
The property has a mixture of traditional and modern features with original features such as the fireplace located in the living room. The property has Alexa displays in most rooms which make communicating within the property easy with the announcement features, guest are also able to play music throughout the house via Alexa (Amazon account needed for most features).
The garden sits on a generous plot with enough space to entertain and for children to play, with a large decking area surrounding the outside of the property, there is also a swing with a baby/toddler swing, children swing and a sea-saw. In addition, the property backs onto greenery with horse stables at the back.
