This bright 3 bedroom chalet style house is just minutes from the beach & a short drive to the New Forest. The perfect getaway retreat for couples, friends & families.
The newly fitted kitchen with fully integrated range of appliances - double oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine & a free standing fridge/freezer provides everything you'll need to prepare a home-cooked meal, whilst the dining area sits within the open plan kitchen space & seats up to six guests.
A welcome pack is provided with tea/coffee/sugar/hot chocolate/fresh milk - just enough for that first cuppa on arrival.
The lounge is at the heart of the home, just off the kitchen & hallway.
After a busy day on the beach or a long walk in the New Forest return home & slump on the two comfortable sofas & watch a film from the Smart TV or read a book in the adjoining sun room. The sun room is also the perfect place for the children to chill & play leaving the lounge for the adults to enjoy some peace & quiet.
The double patio doors take you from the sun room to the enclosed gravel garden. The ideal place to enjoy the sunshine & those balmy evenings. The outside set of table and chairs is perfect for cocktails, drinks & al fresco dining.
As the evening comes to a close, discover three tastefully furnished bedrooms - 2 bedrooms upstairs plus one downstairs - ideal for those with limited mobility.

The bungalow is kept sparklingly clean and is replenished with fresh linens and towels for each guest.
All beds are made up on your arrival. A bath towel and hand towel are provided for each guest. Bath mats, oven gloves & tea towels are also provided.
We provide a small supply of the following to get you started (often enough for a short weekend break) -
Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, general purpose spray, j cloth, kitchen
cleaning sponge, kitchen paper towel, hand soap at each sink, bin bags, tin foil, cling film, toilet paper (2 rolls per toilet).
