Our lovely guest Studio is a newly renovated private entrance ground floor ensuite space which sleeps 2, with exclusive off street parking.
Tea & coffee making facilities included, along with a kitchenette including a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and sink.
The gorgeous Minnis Bay is about 5 mins walk from here where there is a pub. The train station is 5 mins walk in the other direction. Dreamland is only 2 stops on the train.
The Studio has a newly installed ensuite and new central heating, so is ideal for holidays throughout the year. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The room is light and airy as it is double aspect.
The bedroom is a really comfortable space, with a flat screen TV on the wall, and tea and coffee making facilities, plus a place to work if need be!
We have ultra fast up to 500mb Fibre Broadband, and will let you know the password on arrival.

There is a lot of coastal cycling to be had, in particular the Viking trail which is about 32 miles circular route details of which are included in a leaflet in the room. A bikeis a great way to explore the area and is surprisingly easy to get used to.
