This well-equipped seaside residence is built on the rocks close to the sea and provides stunning views of the Mediterranean. A 200 metre walk takes you to the adjacent beaches with good swimming and snorkelling. It is a popular area for scuba diving.
The property is located between Collioure and Port Vendres. Both towns are within easy walking distance and provide shops, numerous restaurants, bars and markets.
The main sun terrace provides uninterrupted views of the sea and gives an ideal location for sunbathing in the day, a drink at sunset and dining in the evening. The built in plancha provides the perfect outdoor space for all your cooking. There is also a small sheltered terrace to the front of the property.
On the ground floor, the open plan kitchen is well equipped and includes a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob and extractor. The adjoining open plan lounge area opens on to the rear terrace.
There are two double bedrooms on the first floor with adjacent newly fitted shower and separate toilet. The double bedroom on the top floor has the benefit of both mountain and sea views. There is a small room off this bedroom with views over the sea and an en suite shower room.
Although not designated as a bedroom, guests have access to a room in the basement with a double bed, sofa bed and bunk beds. There is also a separate toilet and shower in the basement as well as a washing machine and dryer. The basement can be accessed from outside as well as internally. (Please be advised - the room in the basement does not have an outside window).
