Seascapes is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom spacious town house located on the Sandbanks peninsular just a short stroll to beautiful blue flag sandy beaches. The house benefits from a garden area and two balconies.
Open plan living / dining and kitchen areas located on the first floor. Living area with access to balcony overlooking the garden. Fully fitted kitchen. Bed 1 (master, located on the 2nd floor) - superkingsize 6ft bed with ensuite (bath with hand held shower, sink and toilet). Also benefits from small balcony. Bed 2 (2nd floor) - 2x 3ft single beds or superkingsize 6ft zip and link bed with ensuite (walk in shower, sink and toilet). Bed 3 (ground floor) - 2x 3ft single beds or superkingsize 6ft zip and link bed with ensuite (bath with hand held shower, sink and toilet). Bed 4 (ground floor) - double bedroom with Jack and Jill ensuite (walk in shower, sink and toilet). Enclosed secure private garden.
Parking - 2 parking spaces off-road to the front of the house.
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.
