On the ground floor, the house features three good sized bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. The other two bedrooms share a separate shower room nearby. On the first floor, there is a double bunk room with a separate single bed with its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a convenient utility space, handy for cleaning up after a day at Brancaster beach or a paddle out to Scolt Head island.
