Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location excellent for us - we wanted to visit several towns/villages on the Suffolk Coast. House is large, spacious and well designed. Very comfortable beds, nice patio area.

Negative: No 'Welcome Pack' found - no instructions for heating (and no batteries in the controllers) or dishwasher operation, where to find cushions for patio furniture, where to put garbage, etc. Occasional sewage smell (some diffusers might help until problem fixed). BBQ not cleaned since last use. Downstairs bathroom HW control not working. Given that house advertised for 12 people, the standard domestic oven makes catering troublesome and the dining table should be big enough for 12. Nice-to-haves: double oven/hob, better water pressure in upstairs shower, shelves in showers, oven gloves.

Summary: We had a lovely time. House has great potential but niggles make this overpriced as is.
