Just a 5 minute walk down into Salcombe town, the recently built property accommodates up to 4 people. It’s a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped and completed to a high standard. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom , which is open plan onto the landing, has 2 singles.Bedrooms are on the first floor. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, washer drier, microwave and induction hob and electric oven. The lounge are is very comfy with 2 large sofas and 50 inch smart tv with Netflix. The property has heating and wi-fi. The ground floor bathroom has a bath with shower over it. It has its own enclosed patio and driveway parking for 1 car. The owners live next door and can be on hand if required but otherwise are discreet. No pets allowed. Short stays allowed at certain times but full weeks required in summer school holidays.
