The Loft is built on the site of an old lean to barn, on the end of our 16th century home. Set at the end of a long, private, tree lined drive. The property has a small, south facing garden, perfect for sun bathing, or reading a book and parking for one car. The house is reverse level, with a large en suite bedroom and a further separate shower room on the ground floor and a spacious (45m2) vaulted, kitchen/diner/lounge, with wood burning stove, on the first floor. Wonderful countryside and sea views can be had from the bi fold doors on this floor.
The property is available throughout the year for breaks of a minimum of 3 nights.
We are located in a designated Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Ideally placed for our local beach at Crackington Haven, which is only a 15 minute walk via a public footpath, that passes by the front door, or 5 minutes in the car. Here you will find a good local pub and 2 beach cafes. For your safety, this beach is patrolled by lifeguards during the summer months.
4 supermarkets, garages and further amenities are available in Bude, 20 minutes drive away . The beautiful harbour village of boscastle, is 10 minutes drive, with many cafes, pubs and restaurants. Clovelly and the Eden Project, are close enough for a day out.
