Cloakroom with WC and washbasin. First floor: landing with two attractive bedrooms; one with a double and the other with twins. Bathroom having bath (shower over), WC and washbasin.
A stairgate is available (please state when booking if required at top or bottom of stairs).
Parking; Off road parking for two medium cars directly opposite the cottage.

There are some some beautiful country walks and lanes close by which can take you to the beach or to Sandringham Estate and Gardens. Having several small shops, pubs with restaurants, bistro, Antique centre with restaurant, the village has a lot to offer. Park Farm is a five minute walk away with its deer park, farm animals, tractor tours, tearooms, play area and shop selling food from the region. Snettisham Beach and sailing club is just a few minutes by car with a car park and is popular for water sports. The RSPB bird reserve is also a few minutes drive on the way to the beach and has featured many times on television with its abundance of migrating and resident birds. the woods and common are perfect for walking and Wild Ken Hill Nature Reserve is open to the public and has been a recent feature on BBC Springwatch with it's abundance of wildlife, beavers, kites and buzzards to name just a few.
