Positive: The room was of a high quality standard, very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom and shower and furnishings and free parking at the.Rear of the property, self check in was also very straightforward and convenient.

Negative: The breakfast choice, which was just set, no other options available, apart from scrambled egg, no options for vegetarian or vegan, apart from Soya, milk, bread and fruit salad only ! Rude staff ! & acted like robots, not friendly at all, breakfast was rushed, especially for a Sunday morning, have to be done & gone by 9.30am, which we felt rushed to get out of the room by 10am, when most places are 11am ? not acceptable when paying a £140.00 for a night.

Summary: Lovely high spec room, comfortable bed, shame about the breakfast experience and checkout times.
