I'm currently an empty nester so have a room spare. I'm pretty lively and active for a woman my age and love connecting with people.
I enjoy hosting and hope you enjoy your time in Leeds. The house is ideally located for the City Centre, Leeds General Infirmary and for The University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University and Leeds Arts University.
I offer competitive pricing as I provide room only, due to a busy schedule. However you are welcome to consume any food brought in in the dining area downstairs.

A bright, clean double room, very cosy which accommodates two people. There is storage drawer space and you get to use a significant % of the wardrobes for hanging items. This room is on the second floor and faces south East so gets the morning sun.
