This newly renovated spacious property can host up to 6 guests across the four bedrooms which consist of 1 double, 1 twin, and 2 single rooms. Upstairs you will also find the bathroom with over bath shower, toilet and basin.
Downstairs in the lounge you will find two comfortable sofa's for you to relax in front of the smart TV.
There is a huge kitchen diner with large dining table. Amenities in the kitchen include fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and all important Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Downstairs there is a toilet and hand basin.
Outside you will find a large south facing garden which has side access around the property.
There is ample off street parking available in front of the property.

There are a variety of other outdoor pursuits to enjoy in and around the Afan Forest Park including nature rambles and hikes, horse riding, kayaking, caving, climbing, gorge walking and fishing.
