The apartment has an open plan concept living, dining, and kitchen space with French doors that look out onto the river. There is a corner sofa and armchair with side tables and table and chairs for four, sideboard and Tv. The kitchen is modern with integrated appliances. There is a microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and fridge freezer are all built-in appliances in the kitchen.
The apartment is located a short distance from the A1 North or South. St Neots is around a 20-to-30-minute stroll from the property or five minutes by car where all the restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and shops are . There is a fantastic nature reserve, a nearby co-op, a doctor, a pharmacy, a Chinese restaurant, and a takeout are all located in Little Paxton. Community Hub and the great neighbourhood pub called the Anchor.

Skipper Way is located at the entrance to Little Paxton. Being on the river there are fantastic walks and the Little Paxton Nature reserve is just over the road. There is a Community Hub, Doctors, Pharmacy, Chinese restaurant and takeaway, Pub, Nature reserve, water ski school, and Aqua Park. St Neots itself is a five-minute car ride or 15 minutes walk.
