Positive: Beautiful location, fair facilities, didn’t struggle for anything. Comfortable and clean beds and towels, WiFi provided. Coal for the fire provided for 1 use which is a nice touch. Hot tub was clean and running. Great host, very helpful

Negative: Tricky to get down to, I had a Peugeot partner van and it’s very tight, I’m talking fold your wing mirrors in tight. Useful for others to understand this a lot earlier The shower wasn’t great and the fridge could be bigger for a large group, it was tight for 4 of us. It’s a little dated but in a way this adds to the charm. Not a lot of bin space, again no problem for a small group but with a big one you may be taking rubbish away with you Sykes cottages are terrible, this is no reflection of the host who was great. I’ve been trying to get in touch due to ambiguous messages and information since April and had no response
