Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach and town centre. Comfy beds, nice linen and towels. Fairly well equipped kitchen for those who want to cook. We arrived early and found property ready.

Negative: Despite all owners' efforts to transform 1800s property, plumbing/heating is "challenging", the whole building is in a sad state under repainted surface. Damp and the resulting smell was the biggest issue for me.

Summary: Great location, but cottage smells of damp.
