Summary: The hotel and the grounds were stunning. Every single member of staff (I talk to everyone) was wonderful; so helpful and friendly. The outdoor heated pool was delightful. No air con or fan in the room wasn’t great but the windows did open wide so that helped, although we were on the ground floor and by the road so cars going past was a bit noisy. Noise from the rooms upstairs was a lot. But, overall, our stay was really lovely and I’d definitely stay again.
