About this space
Our cottage is ideal for couples, solo stays, business travelers, access to on/off island attractions, or just stay in for peace and quiet. Excellent for walkers, cyclists, nature lovers, bird watchers, anyone with limited mobility and room for one dog.
Located off the drive are 5 privately-owned cottages, converted old farm outbuildings. Parking near your front door. Rear patio has a tumble dryer in the shed. Local shop/chippie and pub 5min walk.
The space
I leave a box of basic items - salt, pepper etc. There is also tea, coffee and sugar, powdered milk.

Majority of island's landmarks can be reached after a leisurely drive on quiet roads.
WIFI access is up and running in the cottage. Once you’re on, it’s super fast unlimited fibre broadband.

Anything in any drawer or cupboard is there for you to investigate and use!
Hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, bedroom tv with built in DVD player, folding drying rack, iron and ironing board etc.
You will find additional cleaning products in the cupboard which you'll be able to use during your stay.
The patio is enclosed - no grass area, but enjoy the sun-trap. It has seating, parasol, and sun-loungers in the shed. Tumble dryer in shed, and a washing line tied to fence posts.
Sometimes next door neighbor's caravan is in view if they aren’t touring, but no-one will be staying in it.
Good view of the countryside down the Malltraeth Estuary to the sea and mountains in the distance. You'll need to check tide times on the internet, so you can pick your time for a beach trip!
Other things to note
If you bring your dog, please don't let it in the bedroom or on the settee! Claw scratch marks don’t wipe off! Bring its own bed and whatever you use to dry it off after a sea-dip or walk in the rain.
Ours rolls in the sand and so he gets confined to outside front door while he's dried off and gets the sand brushed off him!! Sometimes it’s a hosepipe job.
Curtains in the bedroom are blackout ones.
