The space
Flat 16 is a ground floor apartment which can be accessed through private entrance in the rear next to the car park. Walk down the steps to the front door.

To the left you can enter both bedrooms, the master has the ensuite bathroom and dedicated workspace attached.
The stunning kitchen is at the rear of the living area and the main bathroom and washer room can be found at the very back of the property.

Please switch off all heaters before going out and vacating the property.
