Cosy house tucked away on a quiet residential road in the town centre. Fantastically convenient for Cheltenham town centre (less than 5 minutes walk to the town hall), this 2 bed house with a south facing garden is light and bright whilst being cosy and homely. Both bedrooms have king size beds. There is a downstairs bathroom with walk-in power shower, large dining area and lovely sitting out garden space for when the sun shines! Pets welcome!

A lovely two storey, two bed semi detached house located on a private no through road, in the town centre. The property has free parking with the use of one parking permit if required (please request at time of booking).
Downstairs there is a separate lounge (one sofa being a sofa bed) and dining room together with kitchen and bathroom. WiFi and Now TV are provided. Externally we have a private enclosed sunny south facing garden with dining table and loungers with a paved area and decking to sit out on.
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms each with king size beds and space to store your clothes. The rear bedroom has a black out curtain whereas the front bedroom has light curtains for those who refer to wake up to the light.
Please note: the staircase to the first floor is the original Victorian staircase and is fairly steep. There is a handrail however please take care.
All bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries.
Pets are considered on request only, at time of booking, to enable us to determine if suitable for the property. There is an additional fee of £30 per pet.
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the cottage sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before. Please try to give as much notice as possible with your arrival time and update on the day with any changes / delays.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.
