A cosy and modern barn conversion located in Glewstone, an ideal base to explore the Wye Valley. Hay Barn provides comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of up to 6, with 2 king size bedrooms and a study with a sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and double height living room with smart TV. Outdoors enjoy a patio with a large garden as well as secure off-road parking. Less than a 10 minute drive to Symonds Yat with numerous outdoor activities and hiking trails.
The space
The modern kitchen is equipped with a Sonos speaker system, 2 ovens, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle and separate utility room with a washer/dryer.
Along the hall is a downstairs bathroom/wet room with a walk-in shower. Past the stairs is an in-built study/library with a double sized sofa bed.
Next to the study is a double-height living room with 2 comfortable sofas, 2 additional lounge chairs and a smart TV, with bifold doors to a central courtyard. The living room also benefits from a log-burner to accompany the underfloor heating present throughout the entire downstairs area.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king size bed with Casper hybrid mattress, Sonos speaker system, Dyson air purifying fan, separate wardrobe / storage space and en-suite with a shower.
The second upstairs bedroom features a king size bed with Casper hybrid mattress, Dyson air purifying fan, freestanding wardrobe and full sized mirror. Next to the second bedroom is a bathroom with a large freestanding roll-top bath.
All associated bedding and towels will be provided.
