The space
Perfect for a family getaway; spacious enough to comfortably house two families or ideal for a very special multi-generational family holiday by the South coast. Guests will easily feel at home from the moment they walk through the door.
Situated within walking distance of both Branksome Dene and Alum Chines Beaches – which are set halfway along the gorgeous stretch of sandy beach running from Bournemouth to Sandbanks – as well as local amenities in Westbourne.
Large, tranquil south-facing garden, entirely enclosed and surrounded by tall trees with a plethora of bird life in their natural habitat.
The outdoor space will delight adults and children alike with the lawned garden, and two separate patios for both lounging and dining; enjoy listening to the birdsong with a morning coffee or an early evening drink, dine alfresco as the sun goes down, then toast marshmallows under the stars as the chimenea glows.
Parents can relax in the garden sanctuary while kids amuse themselves with the variety of garden games provided: trampoline, outdoor table tennis table, badminton, garden tennis and archery sets, football goal, netball and basketball hoops.
The garden is also a delightful sun trap; put up your paddling pool in summer or take refuge in the shade of the tall trees. In the cooler months, expect the garden to feel warmer than is forecast and enjoy the sheltered oasis.
Off street parking provided with a long driveway suitable for 3-4 cars and gated access to the rear garden.

Kitchen/Living/Dining Room
A fully equipped kitchen features electric oven, microwave, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and DeLonghi Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen door leads straight out to the BBQ and outdoor dining table on the patio.
The living/dining area offers relaxed, contemporary comfort in front of an ornate fireplace and a Smart TV – perfect for nestling down after a long day of exploring the surrounding area, or spend cosy nights in front of the fire playing one of the family board games on offer. An extendable dining table can seat up to 12 guests.
The space is flooded with light from the bay window to the front and double doors opening to the rear patio dining area, lawned garden and further patio lounge area.

The ground floor bedroom has a king-sized bed and side tables, a built-in wardrobe, desk or vanity table, and is situated next to a bathroom and separate toilet.

The spacious master bedroom offers enchanting views over the rear garden and woodland behind, as well as a comfortable super king-sized bed complete with bedside tables, built-in robe and large chest of drawers. An en-suite hosts a walk-in shower, WC and basin.

This large bathroom provides a separate shower and bath, as well as WC and wash basin.
