The property also offers a brand new hot tub and three large private outdoor spaces featuring two patio decks and a lawn area setup with games.
The house features three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, nightstands, and a closet. The couch in the living room converts to a queen bed. Two full baths with one walk in shower and the other a bath/shower combo. Stainless steel appliances, laminate wood flooring, center island in beautiful entertaining kitchen, massive upper and lower decks off the kitchen for the quintessential outdoor living SoCal experience, plus a huge yard below that. Most attractions are within 2-3 miles. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping is within a mile or less so walking would be my 1st choice of transportation.
