Positive: Fantastic location to explore the area. Welcoming host, fresh flowers, tea, coffee, biscuits & milk. Great pub with good beer selection and food 5 minutes away.

Negative: Bit dated, fabric settee could do with a clean. The pros out way the cons!

Summary: Lovely location, you pay for what you get - value for money!
