ALL ABOUT THE INSIDE:
Parking and Entrance
Parking is on the gravelled area beside the barn. Go through the iron gate and enter the courtyard. The barn entrance is through the glass doors on the left.
Living room
Enter the property straight into the living room. There is comfortable seating over two sofas around a gorgeous wood burning stove. There is a dining table in the centre of the room. A Freeview TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs for guests to watch. There is also a large selection of books and games to pass your evenings away.
Kitchen
Through the living rooms leads to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen has a four ring electric hob and oven. There is an undercounted fridge with ice box. Further freezer space is available for raw feeders. A microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine complete the kitchen appliances.
Bathroom
To the left of the kitchen is the large wet room. There is a walk in shower with curtain, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom
Back through the lounge/diner and up to the bedroom mezzanine level. Guests are to note that the stairs are narrow and steep with a paddle stair design. These could be unsuitable for less mobile guests and dogs could struggle. There is a lovely comfortable king size bed, a large chest of drawers and bedside tables. There is restricted head room in parts of the mezzanine with the vaulted ceilings.
ALL ABOUT THE OUTSIDE:
The kitchen has a back door with access to the enclosed garden. Mainly laid to lawn, there are also established plants, a small pond and covered patio with charcoal BBQ. Where you enter the property, there is a stone floored courtyard. Please note that this area is fully enclosed, but is an access route for the owners to their property on the other side of the courtyard.
