Fabulous pet friendly (*charges apply) 4 bedroom property, minutes from the beach of Croyde, with hot tub and optional EV charging (*charges apply)

EV charging is availible for an additional charge of £20 per week/short stay. Charging leads are not provided.

Living/Dining
The living/dining room is light and spacious with French doors leading out to the decked terrace and garden. There is also a log burner, flat screen TV with freeview, built in DVD (DVD's not provided) and Blu Ray player. There is a comfortable corner sofa with seating for 4 people plus 3 leather tub chairs. The dining area has a large solid wood table and seating for 8.

Cooking
The kitchen area is modern and well equipped, providing everything you need to cater for the family including a breakfast bar area, ceramic hob, electric fan oven, dishwasher and plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. There is a useful utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink area and under the counter freezer. There is also a very useful ceiling hung drying rack.

Sleeping
Offshore has 4 bedrooms sleeping 8 in total. The master bedroom is spacious with a double bed, dressing room, wall mounted flat screen tv and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, flat screen tv, en-suite shower room and French doors out to the decked terrace. The other two bedrooms are twins with bedroom 3 which can be twin beds or can be put together to create a King Size bed.

Bathing
The main bathroom has a P shaped bath with shower over. There is a wet room with widened door suitable for a wheelchair user, this is a wet room with folding shower seat and handrail. There are also the two en-suite shower rooms to bedrooms 1 & 2. Outside there is an outdoor shower for washing off after the beach.

Outside
The dining area as well as the master bedroom provides access to the rear garden and decked terrace. This area is also accessible from the front driveway, via a coded lock gate. There is a hot tub available for your use and included within the rental rate - a lovely way to end the day with a cool glass watching the ever changing sunsets. An outside shower is provided for washing off before/after the hot tub and also after the beach or muddy winter dog walks!

There is a electric vehicle charging point which is available for use for £20 per week/short break, cables not provided (please ensure this is added in advance to your booking, if required).

Bed linen, bath/hand towels and wifi are all included free of charge.

Walk to the beach - 10 - 15 minutes

Walk to village - 5 - 10 minutes

Offshore is located in Sandy Way where the footpath leads to the beach and the village and children do not need to walk on main roads.

BOOKING INFORMATION
Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.

There is a refundable security deposit of £250 payable with the final balance (not applicable to Airbnb bookings) - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection)

Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.

It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.

-Dogs (Max 1) - £35 per week/short stay. Please be aware that Croyde Beach has restrictions which prevent dogs being allowed on the beach in the main season. Dogs are not allowed to be kept in the property whilst you are out. Please consider this when making your reservation.

Please note, to ensure optimum cleanliness & hygiene of the hot tub, it will be completely emptied, cleaned, sanitised and re-filled with water and chemicals on your arrival day. Therefore, the hot tub may not be up to temperature until the morning after your arrival.
Pets - allowed

This property is accessed via a keysafe. An email will be sent 14 days before arrival, providing you with the full address, directions to find and keysafe number.
