I offer for rental for temporary workers (no night workers), tourists wishing to roam, or students (alternating or waiting for accommodation), a homestay for stays between 2 and 12 nights maximum (possibility of renting from Monday to Friday regularly for 2 or 3 weeks each month if good agreement). The apartment is located in the South West of Montpellier at the Grand M near: rugby stadium 100m, Formabelle aesthetic school 200m, studio M school, ACFA school, and Paul Valery school. All shops are nearby (carrefour market, Intermarché, pharmacy, banks, tobacco shop, bakery, fast food ... etc) Rental mainly for 1 person (possibility 2 people with supplement). The bedroom consists of a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a small top fridge and a private outdoor balcony with garden furniture. Common rooms to share with myself and my 2 cats: the bathroom, the toilets, and the kitchen for stays of more than 3 nights. For stays of less than 3 nights, access to the dining area with the possibility of "snacking" only (oven, sink and microwave, but no possibility of "cooking"). The rest of the apartment (living room, my bedroom) and the garden are private. Wifi throughout the apartment, towels, washcloth, shampoo / shower gel, and sheets available. Free parking spaces in the street. Bus line 6, 15 and 17 with stop outside the residence (stop Le Grand M), and tram line 2 Sabine stop 10 / 15min walk. Possibility of breakfast in supplement of 5th per day and per person to book at least 1 day before your arrival. Very discreet and respectful travelers only. Room not suitable for people wishing to spend their time inside. Internal regulations are in place and must be observed. Arrivals are between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. (possibility to drop off your luggage between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. on weekends), and departures must be before 8 a.m. on weekdays and until 11 a.m. on weekends.
