Large 8 bedroom oceanfront home with private pool and hot tub in South Nags Head. Just one mile south of Fishheads and the Outer Banks Pier so any easy walk right down the beach.
New stainless steel kitchen appliances including French door refrigerator with ice maker, two new dishwashers, new range, and new microwave, as well as a new refrigerator with ice maker in the first floor rec room. New flooring throughout most of the home. All carpeting has been replaced with easy care laminate flooring.
Many new windows throughout the home along with new blinds and draperies. New granite countertops in the kitchen, upper level wet bar, and rec room wet bar.
New custom living room furniture featuring a large sectional for plenty of seating space. New bedroom furniture throughout the home including new mattresses, pillows and bed coverings. Linen service provided so that clean crisp sheets await your arrival.
Two large dining room tables with 16 chairs, dining benches, and large peninsula with 8 counter-height stools. Plenty of dinnerware for your entire group.
What isn’t new with this home? The great private South Nags Head location and the incredible ocean views!
This home has eight bedrooms, five full baths, and two half baths and sleeps 16 guests. Lower level rec room features pool table and foosball table along with wet bar and patio door out to the backyard and pool.
The lower level also includes two bedrooms which share a bath, and a half bath that opens out to the pool area for convenience. A handy outdoor shower is just steps away from the half bath.
Pool heat is available during your stay for an additional charge. Pool heat must be requested at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
In addition to the pool area, relax on your own huge private dune deck just steps from the beach. The walkway to the dune deck and beach offers another shower head so you can quickly rinse off the sand on your way back to the home from the beach.
The second floor features five bedrooms and three full baths. Two ocean front bedrooms on this level feature king size beds and patio doors leading out to the second floor deck and hot tub.
The open floorplan top level of this home includes a large bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bath, a large screened porch to watch evening sunsets, half bath, and an open kitchen, living room, and dining area.
The living room offers expansive ocean views and a gas fireplace for cool fall and winter evenings. The kitchen also features plenty of dinnerware, a Keurig coffeemaker, standard drop coffeemaker, Cuisinart toaster, blender, crockpot and griddle, along with large classic seafood pots.
Keep connected with the wireless internet throughout the home. There are Smart TVs in the living room, rec room, and all bedrooms.
