Set out over two floors, it’s been designed to offer guests that extra bit of luxury, something a bit extra-ordinary, for a break away from home.
It’s a modern, spacious apartment that effortlessly accommodates four people in style and comfort, starting at street level with a dedicated undercover parking bay, secure entry system and lift access to the 4th floor.
WiFi is available throughout the apartment, the open-plan living/dining/kitchen area has underfloor heating, and the apartment-wide French doors that look out and over the west end of town, also offer views of spectacular sunsets when nature puts on a display. With access to a narrow balcony beyond, there’s also the option to sit out and enjoy a sundowner!
Lower Floor
The entrance hallway opens onto the apartment’s generous sleeping accommodation and bathroom facilities. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two large bedside cabinets and hanging rail for guest storage, while the second bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, hanging rail and a tallboy chest of drawers.
The bathroom is modern and elegant with a three-piece suite incorporating a bath with shower overhead.
Upper Floor
Follow the luxuriously carpeted staircase upstairs to the open-plan living area with its abundance of comfy seating, dedicated dining area, and modern kitchen, not to mention those fabulous French doors. The combined effect is one amazing space in which to cook, dine and relax.
Remote check-in to the property gives you flexibility on arrival time and complimentary tea and coffee will help you ease into your stay. Other items in the welcome pack include hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, as well as a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll.
The apartment is conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk into the town centre and all its amenities. Shopping here includes a nice mix of High Street names and local independents while the town boasts a varied and lively bar, restaurant and entertainment scene.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property.
An allocated under-cover parking bay provides free, secure, off-street parking. The number of the bay corresponds with the number of the apartment and is straight ahead of you as you turn onto the site from Greenbank Road.
The key safe is mounted on the rear building wall at the rear of the parking area next to parking space 4. Ours is the smaller keybox underneath. To release the key open the box by placing your fingers on either side and pull down the cover. Type in the code making sure each number is in line with the horizontal line. Then pull down the black lever above the numbers to open the safe and collect the keys. Close the cover and jumble up the numbers.
The main entrance doors are at the front of the building. Hold the black electronic key fob to the reader (the metal plate on the left-hand wall at the entrance to the apartment building). This will unlock the main glass entrance doors. Take the lift (or stairs) to the 4th floor. Enter the landing and turn right through the fire door and walk along the corridor and through another fire door. The apartment door is the first on your left. Use key to open this door.

CHECK IN/OUT TIMES
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is 10am. If you require a later check-out time please let us know when booking so we can inform our cleaner. We do have a high-chair and should you require this please let us know when booking so I can bring this over.
There is a £50 charge for lost keys so please look after them.
INVENTORY
Please leave everything as you find it. Within reason, you will be liable for the costs of replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs as a direct result of any breakages or damages that you cause during your stay.
Our property is cleaned and laundered by a professional Cleaning Company. Should you require a change of bedding during your stay please let us know as soon as possible. There will be an additional charge of £10 per bed to help cover laundry costs. An extra set of towels is provided free of charge and stored in the green zip up bag in the cleaning cupboard next to the bathroom. There is also a hoover and mop stored in the cupboard should you need to use these during your stay.
