Located in the heart of the quiet village of Penygroes, Caernarfon. Perfect for exploring the Llyn Peninsula, Snowdon, Dinas Dinlle beach, Pwllheli, Portmeirion, Bangor and Caernarfon town.
The space
There is ample free parking on the street.
WIFI is provided throughout the property and the SMART TVs in the lounge and bedrooms all have ethernet connections to ensure the fastest download speeds.
Entrance is via the front door next to the Memorial Hall on Market Place in the heart of Penygroes village. The key safe is next to the front door. There is an open plan kitchen, dining area and a lounge area with a new comfortable "L" shaped sofa and a 55 inch SMART TV.
Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with a king sized bed, SMART TV, 800 thread-count cotton sheets and fluffy bath towels. There is a second bedroom with twin single beds and this bedroom also has a SMART TV, soft bedding and fluffy towels.
The new bathroom has a free-standing bath and walk in power shower with rainfall and hand held shower heads.
There is a small courtyard area outside, the cottage is dog friendly and we have a hose in the courtyard for muddy dogs.
Guest access
The whole property including courtyard are available exclusively for guest use.
Other things to note
The Old Labour Exchange can be rented along with The Hideaway next door if required.
