This delightful economy van has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests per stay. The master bedroom has a cozy double bed , a dressing table and built-in wardrobes, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have 2 single beds in each and both with single wardrobes.
In the hallway directly outside the bedrooms there are 2 bathrooms, the 1st bathroom has a shower cubicle and wash basin and the 2nd has a toilet and wash basin.
As you come into the kitchen you will see that it has everything you will need to prepare and cook your meals including a hob and oven, a fridge with 1 shelf for the freezer, a microwave and toaster and finally a kettle. There is a lovely dining table with chairs and stools so you can all sit together at meal times.
The main living area has beautiful free standing sofas and this is where you will find the pull out double sofa bed, there is a lovely gas fire and the whole property has electric heating panels and double glazed windows throughout. There is 1 side of outside decking that is amazing to sit out and enjoy the sunshine watching the world go by.

SURROUNDING AREA
Newbeach has so much to offer for that perfect family holiday, you can't get much closer to the sea than here, it's just over the road and one of the nicest beaches in the south. There are fantastic cycle routes along the promenade for the energetics, local animal parks including alpaca annie and county walks. You have the crypt of st leonard, this is one to see, it is where the best preserved collection of ancient human skulls and bones in britain. Port lympne is an amazing animal zoo for the animal lover with hundreds of different species, and not forgetting the dymchurch amusement park with great fun and games for all ages, everywhere you go there are great places to sit and rest in eateries, cafes and bars.

NEWBEACH HOLIDAY PARK
In 2018 New Beach opened a brand new entertainment complex. Kitted out with the latest showbiz technology, and a high-tech lighting and sound system, it stages amazing West End-style live shows through the holiday season. Along with a new arcade, there's also a funky bar with super-size TV screens, a restaurant, a mini-supermarket, and more.
There is entertainment for all the family in peak times that are usually between 1st of april - 1st november.
